Alexander Sokol, M.D., FACS, is a highly experienced urologist and Medical Director at AS Medical PC in Staten Island, New York. Since 2012, he has focused on advancing urological care and education. Dr. Sokol is an Attending Urologist at Staten Island University Hospital and a Clinical Assistant Professor at NY Health Harbor HCS, Brooklyn VA Hospital. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Sokol earned his Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and completed his residency in General Surgery and Urology at SUNY Health Science Center. He holds an M.S. in Biology from Long Island University and a B.A. in Biology from Tel-Aviv University. As a member of the American Urological Association, Dr. Sokol is dedicated to clinical excellence and contributes to the field through publications and collaborations.
